4. Payment

Fees are agreed per engagement and must be paid in line with the agreed schedule. All agreed fees remain payable for services provided, even if an engagement is terminated early.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created by Cybrix Consulting remains our property until full payment has been received. Upon payment, the client will receive the rights necessary to use the agreed deliverables.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

 

Professional Guidance
Cybrix Consulting provides consultancy and advice in line with current knowledge and industry best practices. While we aim to support successful outcomes, results may vary depending on client actions, systems, and external factors.

 

Liability Cap
Our total liability for any claim arising from or in connection with our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service or engagement.

Exclusion of Indirect Losses

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunities

  • Loss or corruption of data

  • Business interruption or downtime

  • Any other indirect or consequential losses


Third-Party Products or Services
We may recommend or advise on third-party products or services. We are not responsible for their performance, reliability, or suitability. Use of third-party solutions is at the client’s own risk.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, failures, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, cyber incidents, or natural disasters.
